Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, this series will jumpstart and/or enhance your yoga practice. During this in-depth workshop, you will gain confidence in and understanding of the common elements of yoga!
Topics include: Foundations (hands, feet, & hips), Sun Salutations,
Props & Pranayama (yogic breathing)
